Mother of 14 year old Mathew Kenney who was hit and killed by David Wearing who, from prison, is now blaming the parents and suing them for damages saying they did not force Matthew to wear a helmet while riding his bike. When David Wearing hit Matthew he was going 80 Miles per hour in a 45 Mile per hour speed zone.
